Connect2Compete (C2C) is a national nonprofit initiative aimed at narrowing the digital divide by providing low-cost broadband, computer, training and content solutions for disadvantaged communities.

• Free digital literacy training from Able-Disabled Advocacy




• Free Internet Safety information from the San Diego Police Foundation
